1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on:

USA & Canada: Reliable international shipping with tracking.

Rest of the World: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery (Europe): Estimated 3–7 business days.

Delivery (USA & Canada): Estimated 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For our customers in the USA, Canada, and outside the European Union:

Warix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Warix apparel. If something isn’t right, here is our policy:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process: Please contact us at support@wearix.eu before sending any items back. As we value a personal touch, we will guide you through the process manually to avoid any confusion.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will prioritize your case and ensure a replacement or full refund is issued.
