Warix (established in 2025) provides high-quality apparel featuring original designs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All content on this website, including but not limited to original designs, artwork, logos, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Warix.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or products without express written permission from us.

  • Any unauthorized use of our designs may result in legal action.

3. Products and Pricing

  • We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Shipping and International Orders

We ship primarily within Europe, but also serve customers in the USA, Canada, and other regions.

  • Customs and Duties: For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada), the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

  • Warix is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
